I will send you a short questionnaire to get clear on what you want to work on in the session.

I will then send you a link for a Zoom call for the agreed appointment time – so no need to leave the house.

The call will be recorded and a link sent to you afterwards so you can listen back as often as you want.

What will happen during the call:

We will talk about your issue to really understand your desired outcome

We may do some goal setting, NLP exercises, some short mindfulness practice – these sessions are completely about you and are completely bespoke to your needs!

We will also discuss what support I can offer going forward.
