I know that a few years ago I could certainly say ‘yes’ to most of those!  I was working in the corporate world and moving further away from doing what I loved doing, supporting people, and I found that my values and beliefs were being compromised and challenged each day which was making me feel stressed, frustrated, and I started to suffer from depression and IBS.

So I made the decision to step out of that world and do what I love.  I am passionate about supporting people to be the best that they can be and get the lives they deserve.  I love working with clients and watching them grow, develop and find their way in life, free from stress and anxiety, and able to enjoy their lives again.

I work with a range of people from different backgrounds with a range of different issues, different backgrounds, different careers, and different lives to help them break old habits; manage stress and anxiety; release their fears; sleep better; and to live fuller and freer lives; and to understand what they really want from their lives and then break down the steps into easy, bite size chunks to take action to make it happen.

I am passionate about my own development and how I can bring this into my work with my clients. I love teaching and I work with clients to teach them tools and strategies to work on outside of our sessions to ensure that they are able to be the best they can be after our sessions are finished.

I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We are all unique with our own issues and beliefs. So I spend time to really listen to what is going on with my clients and to find the best range of approaches to deal with their concerns and to support them to move out of whatever is leaving them stuck
